These terms form a legal agreement between you and EduConsult Global Ltd (“EduConsult Global”, “we”, “us”). They cover both the website at educonsultglobal.com and any consulting services we provide to you.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our website or engage our services. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

EduConsult Global provides advisory services for studying abroad, including programme shortlisting, application support, visa guidance, and pre-departure briefings. We are an independent consultancy and not affiliated with any government immigration authority.

• We do our best to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance, but immigration rules and university policies change frequently. Final decisions on admissions and visas rest with the institutions and authorities concerned.
• Where we partner with a university or institute, we may receive a commission. This never affects the independence of our advice.

When you engage our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
• Respond promptly to requests for documents and signatures.
• Comply with all applicable visa, immigration, and university rules.
• Pay any agreed fees on time.

Our consultation calls are free. Paid services and their fees are set out in your engagement letter. Where a refund applies, the terms are described in that engagement letter. Government fees, university application fees, and visa fees are non-refundable because they are paid directly to third parties.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to EduConsult Global and protected by copyright. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, or modify it without our written permission.

You agree not to use this website to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm.
• Scrape, mirror, or attempt to bypass security measures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduConsult Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any direct loss is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continued service would put us in breach of any law. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless local law in your country grants you a non-waivable right to a different forum.
